The Client: OfficeMax
The Challenge: Maintain 30,000 product website, improve usability and user interface and build promotional subsites to increase sales.
The Solution: We redesigned the site improving usability in two key areas - registration and the check out process. More search functionality was added such as a store locator, toner and cartridge finder, and furniture finder making the shopping process easier. The changes generated several top honors:
- Best retail site in BtoB Magazine's NetMarketing Top 200, citing "ease of use," "good navigation," and "great organization" as prominent features.
- Top honors in Consumer Reports online survey of e-tailers specializing in office supplies for small business owners.
- Named a top ten business to business website by Business Marketing magazine.
- Computer Shopper Best Site Award
